You may have decided to provide additional "extras" in your property, for example:

• Television
• VCR and videos
• DVD player and DVD's
• Stereo player

All of these cost money and are expensive to repair or replace. In addition to this, basic items such as glasses, cups, saucers, plates etc can sometimes unavoidably get broken and it is always beneficial to keep an up to date list of the items at the property. To help you do this, we will carry out an initial inventory inspection and catalogue your home contents. This would then be checked at each changeover and any discrepancies reported back to you.

We are also happy to carry out meter readings for gas and electric at any time, again including these within your next property report.
