For your own peace of mind, we recommend a fortnightly or monthly security check to coincide with the periods when the property is empty.

If the property is occupied or rented, then general visits are of less value as any problems tend to get reported as they happen.

Our contact details are always left at the property giving people peace of mind that if needed we are simply a telephone call away.

In the colder autumn and winter periods, we would recommend fortnightly visits whenever the property is empty, but these can be scheduled in to suit your needs. Whatever you decide, every visit comprises a security check of window and door locks and checks to ensure that the property remains secure and weatherproof at all times.

After every visit, post is collected for forwarding, and each one of our customers receives a written schedule of the property's condition by email or post including digital photographs so that at all times our clients have peace of mind and can relax knowing that their property is being well cared for.

Keyholding

We can hold your keys for you in case there is a need for anyone to visit your property. You can decide whether visitors collect the key from us, or we can meet them at your property.
