After purchasing our house in the Creuse I contacted Mark and Trudy Wain for [at first] maintaining the property, pool and grounds.

I have found them to be very conscientious in their work and knowledgeable of the local area for artisans. This has proved very useful in appointing artisans for various work that is being carried out on the house and also to ensure the work is completed satisfactorily.

Mark and Trudy give us 'peace of mind' when ownership is 500 miles away and are always available for assistance when needed. Their help with the French language has been invaluable.
